About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Key Account Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Handle contract negotiations and close high-value deals.

Sales Performance & Pipeline Management
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Maintain a strong and healthy sales pipeline.
Track and report sales performance, forecasts, and KPIs.

Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Identify opportunities for growth and service expansion.
Provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
Stay updated on industry best practices and innovations.

Collaboration & Internal Coordination
Work closely with recruitment, operations, and delivery teams.
Ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for clients.
Collaborate with marketing teams for campaigns and lead generation.
Align sales efforts with overall business strategy.

Leadership & Team Development
Mentor and guide junior sales team members.
Promote a high-performance and target-driven sales culture.
Share best practices and drive continuous improvement.
Support team development and capability building.

Compliance & Governance
Ensure adherence to company policies and contractual obligations.
Maintain accurate documentation and CRM records.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
8–12 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in outsourcing, staffing, or HR solutions.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong experience in client acquisition and account management.
