Role: MEP Manager (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Engineering)

Industry: Real Estate (Developer)

Location: Dubai

Key Requirements:

Strong experience working with contracting or consultant companies as MEP Coordinator / Manager

Coordinate MEP works with civil, architectural & structural teams on-site

Review MEP drawings, coordinated drawings & material submittals

Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications & authority regulations

Resolve site clashes and technical issues with relevant stakeholders

Monitor project progress and daily MEP activities as per schedule

Coordinate with subcontractors & suppliers for procurement and site activities

Experience in costing, procurement, vendor finalization, DLP & FM coordination
