About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Real Estate Agent to assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties while delivering exceptional service and market expertise. This role involves generating leads, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and guiding clients through every stage of the real estate transaction process.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Generation
Generate new leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and marketing initiatives.
Identify potential buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve business targets.
Actively promote available properties to prospective clients.

Client Relationship Management
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.
Provide professional advice on market conditions, pricing, and investment opportunities.
Build and maintain long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Deliver a high standard of customer service throughout the client journey.

Property Sales & Leasing
Conduct property viewings and presentations for prospective clients.
Manage negotiations between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
Facilitate sales and leasing transactions from inquiry to closing.
Assist clients with documentation, agreements, and transaction procedures.

Market Research & Property Advisory
Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends and developments.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and investment opportunities.
Provide market insights and recommendations to clients and management.
Identify emerging opportunities within the real estate sector.

Marketing & Property Listings
Create and manage property listings on real estate portals and digital platforms.
Coordinate with marketing teams to maximize property exposure.
Ensure listings are accurate, attractive, and regularly updated.
Utilize social media and networking channels to generate leads.

Compliance & Documentation
Ensure all transactions comply with local real estate regulations and company policies.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and completed transactions.
Update CRM systems and maintain organized documentation.
Support contract preparation and transaction processing activities.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
2–5 years of experience in real estate sales or leasing.
Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
RERA certification is an added advantage.
