• Extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) like a pro.

• Work on large-scale change management projects that keep the finance world on its toes.
• Spot risks, solve problems, and make data move smoothly, securely, and smartly.
• Supporting system integrations and upgrades with precision.
• Play nice with stakeholders, ensuring projects land without a hitch. (smooth and drama free migrations)

What you need:

• 5+ years of data migration mastery in financial services. (Insurance/Banking/Consulting)

• Relevant bachelors degree, with a strong preference for a post graduate qualification.
• Certifications that prove you know your data, are highly advantageous.
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools, and data governance frameworks.
• A mindset that sees change as an adventure, not a chore.

• Technical expertise using programming, software and business intelligence tools, (the fun stuff).
