Our highly respected client is currently recruiting a Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs) to work at a new mental health centre in Manchester. There are excellent opportunities for RMNs seeking flexible agency work with competitive pay rates across days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will deliver compassionate, recovery-focused mental health care to patients in a variety of outpatient and community settings. You will play a key role in ensuring the safe, effective, and therapeutic delivery of care while working within multi-disciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities of the Mental Health Nurse:
· Assessing, planning, and delivering high-quality nursing care to patients with complex mental health needs.
· Administering medication and monitoring treatment in line with clinical guidelines.
· Supporting recovery-focused care plans that promote independence and wellbeing.
· Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and agencies.
· Maintaining accurate, up-to-date clinical documentation in line with NMC standards.
Requirements of the Mental Health Nurse:
· Current NMC registration as a Mental Health Nurse (RMN).
· Previous experience working in inpatient or community mental health services.
· Strong communication, clinical, and risk assessment skills.
