About the Role
We're hiring a Head of Sales for a dynamic travel company to lead and manage a high-performing inbound sales team. You'll be responsible for hitting daily performance targets, coaching your team to convert inquiries, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and brief the sales team daily to meet and exceed KPIs
- Monitor call handling, QA scores, and conversion metrics across the team
- Analyze and report on sales performance (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Manage customer escalations pre- and post-sale with professionalism
- Deliver structured coaching on open, sell, and close techniques
- Collaborate cross-functionally to share insights and improve outcomes
- Collect customer feedback and surface market intelligence to relevant teams
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in a sales leadership role with measurable KPI results
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills — written and verbal
- Confident, resilient, and able to maintain a positive team culture
- Comfortable with performance data, including gross margin and P&L basics
- Flexible, decisive, and calm under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Travel industry experience is a plus
