About the Role

We're hiring a Head of Sales for a dynamic travel company to lead and manage a high-performing inbound sales team. You'll be responsible for hitting daily performance targets, coaching your team to convert inquiries, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and brief the sales team daily to meet and exceed KPIs
  • Monitor call handling, QA scores, and conversion metrics across the team
  • Analyze and report on sales performance (daily, weekly, monthly)
  • Manage customer escalations pre- and post-sale with professionalism
  • Deliver structured coaching on open, sell, and close techniques
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to share insights and improve outcomes
  • Collect customer feedback and surface market intelligence to relevant teams

What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record in a sales leadership role with measurable KPI results
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills — written and verbal
  • Confident, resilient, and able to maintain a positive team culture
  • Comfortable with performance data, including gross margin and P&L basics
  • Flexible, decisive, and calm under pressure
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Travel industry experience is a plus
