Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – Tech/AI Recruiting
About the Role We're partnering with a fast-growing SaaS company to hire a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. This is a senior, hands-on role focused on leading complex technical searches and shaping recruiting strategy at scale.
What You'll Do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for senior, critical, and hard-to-fill technical roles
- Design and execute recruiting programs, frameworks, and workforce planning strategies
- Act as a strategic advisor to executives and cross-functional leaders
- Drive market intelligence, sourcing strategy, and data-informed hiring decisions
- Mentor peers and elevate the overall capability of the TA function
What You Bring
- 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Deep expertise in hiring in AI, Machine Learning, and Software Engineering
- Strong stakeholder management and executive influence
- Fluency with AI-powered recruiting tools, ATS platforms (Workable and LinkedIn Recruiter preferred), and talent analytics
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field
Compensation
$159K–$196K base + equity (RSUs) + comprehensive benefits package
