Formulation Technician

Our manufacturing client is hiring a Formulation Technician for their facility in Charlotte, NC. 

We're seeking a detail-oriented Blender to join our production team and support the formulation of high-quality consumer products. This role involves precise mixing of raw materials according to strict recipes and quality standards, contributing directly to product consistency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and blend raw ingredients based on defined formulas and batch records

• Operate blending and mixing equipment safely and efficiently

• Maintain accurate records of batch production, measurements, and adjustments

• Collaborate with quality control and R&D teams to ensure product consistency

• Follow all safety and hygiene protocols in a manufacturing environment

• Assist in equipment cleaning, maintenance, and setup as needed

Qualifications

• Prior experience in blending, mixing, or food/cosmetics/pharma manufacturing preferred

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to follow formulas, measurements, and SOPs accurately

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated production environment

• Good communication and teamwork skills
