Role Overview

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-progressed fintech platform operating in the US credit and lending space. The core technology is in place, early market validation is underway, and the business is positioned to scale. Market conditions are creating strong demand for this type of solution, and the equity on offer reflects the significance of the role.

We are looking for an experienced CEO to take full ownership of this business. The ideal candidate is a seasoned operator who wants genuine ownership, is comfortable leading a fundraise, and is energized by building something with real momentum already behind it. The founding team brings deep subject matter expertise in credit and lending and is looking for the right leader to take the business to a national stage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the institutional fundraise and own the path to a Seed or Series A round
• Own the strategic roadmap and take the platform from its current stage to national scale
• Build and manage relationships with regional lenders, credit unions, and national investors
• Lead the evolution from a founder-led technical team to a high-performance professional organization
• Own the P&L and take full accountability for revenue, growth, and delivery

Who You Are

• You have scaled at least one B2B or fintech venture from early stage to exit or Series B
• You have a proven network of VCs and a track record of closing rounds
• You have co-founded or been a senior leader at a venture-backed company
• You understand the US credit and lending landscape and are genuinely excited about the problem being solved
• You have the emotional intelligence to lead diverse teams and the drive to operate in a high-growth environment
• You are based in New England or are willing to operate from there
