Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented US Flights & Ticketing Associate based in Orlando, FL, to manage all flight-related activities, from booking and ticketing to pre- and post-sales support. You will play a key role in delivering a seamless customer journey while driving profitability through expert knowledge of GDS, NDC, and airline products.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and issue tickets for GDS and NDC bookings, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Handle all post-booking tasks including schedule changes, GDS management, and reservation reconciliation
• Manage flight inquiries promptly, meeting KPI targets for response times and resolution
• Provide expert guidance on airlines and routes to optimize both customer satisfaction and profitability
• Support the concierge delivery process by sourcing suitable flight options and presenting upsell opportunities
• Identify, source, and administer group flight opportunities
• Liaise with airlines and consolidators to ensure a smooth end-to-end customer experience
• Collaborate with global flights teams to align on processes and best practices

Requirements

• GDS expertise with training on Galileo, Amadeus, or Sabre
• Experience in commercial travel and airline ticketing
• Retail travel agency background
• Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
• Must be based in or able to commute to Orlando, FL
