Junior Accountant-Remote

Their team is composed of highly skilled professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional results and building long-term client relationships. They are currently seeking a motivated and tech-savvy individual to join as a Remote Junior Accountant.

Job Description:

As a Remote Junior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients' financial operations by assisting with various accounting tasks. This is an entry-level position ideal for candidates who are quick learners, detail-oriented, and proficient with technology. While prior accounting experience is not required, a strong willingness to learn and adapt is essential.

No accounting experience or background? No problem! This is an entry level position we will train you on all the know-hows of day-to-day accounting responsibilities. What we are looking for is someone with a great personality, that is outgoing and comfortable in a client-facing environment.

The number one thing we are looking for is someone who learns quickly.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Onboarding new clients.
• Generating monthly financial statements.
• Working closely with clients, making real business decisions with clients who own and operate their own small business.
• Training business owners in QuickBooks and basic accounting systems.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Good working knowledge of Excel
• Keyboard and 10 key skills
• Ability to learn quickly and multitask
• Efficient and can work adequately with minimal supervision
• Ability to grow and expand both in work and responsibility
• Effective team player

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
