Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production machinery (form, fill, and seal equipment) while ensuring safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance: lubrication, cleaning, and inspections.

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.

• Replace or repair faulty components and document all work.

• Install or adjust equipment for proper operation and performance improvements.

• Follow safety protocols, including lockout/tagout, and maintain organized work areas.

• Assist with parts inventory, train team members, and communicate maintenance needs to production staff.

• Support production with occasional overtime or weekend work.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

• Skilled with hand and power tools; strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

• High school diploma or equivalent; industrial maintenance experience preferred.

• Team player with effective communication skills.
