Financial Controller - Manufacturing Industry Contract-to-Hire

Our client, a growing production facility,  is looking for a seasoned Financial Operations Lead to oversee plant-level cost tracking, budgeting, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage purchase approvals, invoice processing, and payment schedules

• Partner with supply chain teams and vendors to align financial and operational goals

• Utilize ERP and warehouse management systems to review logistics and inventory accuracy

• Lead plant cost accounting and budgeting processes to optimize efficiency

Position Structure:

• Initial engagement as an independent contractor with the possibility of a long-term hire

• On-site presence required

• Background in manufacturing finance, ERP/WMS proficiency, and 3PL data analysis strongly preferred

• Strong knowledge of QuickBooks needed

• Background in a regulated industry preferred
