About the job Admin Officer
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance
- Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Staff Problem Solving
- Control daily attendance report
- Arrange monthly report for manager
- Other tasks by manager
Requirements:
- Experience from 1 year
- Time 8am to 7pm
- Good in English and computer
- Salary 350$ - 450$ (Based on capacity)
Work Condition:
- Work Day: 6 days/week (1 day off on rotation)
- Work Time: 8:00am - 7:00pm
(lunch break: 12pm - 2pm)
Location: Toul Kork and Borey Peng Huoth
