About the job Technician Maintenance

Key Responsibilities

-Handle work orders and maintenance schedule (weekly & monthly)

-Document the daily records and reports of the duties performed around the common area and inside the units.

-Perform minor to mid-level repair jobs can be handled, with adjustments for outsourced repairs that are outside the scope of internal work.

-Coordinate with upper management any and all operating problems and solutions.

-Report any tenant complaints to upper management,

-Follow the proper procedure of documenting all duties handled.

-Assist in performing "move in, move out" inspections using the "Move in, Move out" Inspection Form.

-Perform periodic light inspections of common areas to detect lighting or security hazards.

-Perform plumbing system and inspection of the condo to detect

-Establish and follow a work priority system

-Handle supplies and refill of any used products, have a general knowledge of unit repairs

-Upkeep of the landscape around the common areas of compound

Job Qualifications

-High school diploma, Degree or Professional certifications will be a plus

-Knowledge in all building repair, work safety requirements, and repair

-Strong technical knowledge of all building systems (electrical, plumbing, air conditioner etc.)

-Knowledge of health & safety practices and regulations

-Understanding of budgeting and performance management

-Excellent planning and leadership abilities

-Ability to meet and deal tactfully and courteously with fellow employees and vendors/contractors.

-Ability to install, inspect, repair and maintain the electrical, plumbing and other related systems.

-Ability to perform various clean-up and maintenance tasks as needed.
