Road Construction Manager

Job Description (JD) of Construction Manager (CM):

(the applicant shall be Cambodian or other Foreigners)

• Role and Responsibilities:
• Manage worksites and coordinating activities to ensure that all work is in control with project target and objectives
• Provide direction to clients, main contractors, subcontractors, and vendors during the construction period to ensure that quality standards are being met
• Liaise with engineers, architects, and others working teams on the projects
• Prepare the estimated quantities, timetables, and resources for submission and approved from the management
• Identify, mitigate, and track recurring construction issues
• Adhere to legal regulations, safety codes, and other requirements
• Collaborate with engineers, and other specialists; hire full-time and part-time subcontractors and laborers and coordinate their schedules
• Visit sites regularly during construction including preconstruction walks, in-progress visits, punch walks, and closeouts
• Attend status and coordination meetings including the daily coordination meeting
• Conducting all documentation with quality assurance and safety inspections throughout the construction process, ensuring that the work environment is acceptable that tools and equipment are in good working condition
• Maintain and update the preconstruction documents, and meet contract obligations by developing relationships with reliable clients, contractors, subcontractors and vendors
• Respond efficiently and effectively to work delays, emergencies, and other project disruptions
• 
  Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Eight (8) or more years of experience in managing the construction of infrastructure projects
• Knowledge of construction methods and technologies and an ability to interpret technical drawings and contract documents
• Knowledge of standard road requirements and scheduling methods
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with an eye for quality
• Knowledge of construction worksite with safety practices
• Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) in engineering or related field
• Ability to communicate in more than one language, is advantage
• Professional certification, such as CCM (certified construction manager), AC (associate constructor), or CPC (certified professional constructor)

• Have a driving license for Cambodian
  
  -Position: Construction Manager:
  -Working Hour : 8:00am - 12:00pm, and 1:00pm - 5:00pm
  -Location: TCM Head office
  -Working Day : Monday - Saturday (6days/week)

  -Salary Range : 2000$ - 2500$
  -Meal allowance : 120$ After passed probationary period
  -Transportation allowance : Provide Transportation by Company when -going to any projects

  -Evaluation Twice per year : Based on contract period
