Architectural Draftsman

Job Description

- To provide and produce necessary Architectual Construction Shop drawings within the given timeline.

- To assist in site condition and construction inspection

Job Requirements

- At least 2 to 3 year full time relevant working experience as an Architectural Design Draftman

- Strong management skill & creativity

- Demonstate excellent verval and relationship building skill that will support effective communication with subcontractor/ clients

- Ability to read and identify the discrepancies on the construction drawings

- Able to understand specification, drawings, scope and sequence of work

- computer skills: good comand MS. Project, Ms. Excel, Autocad, Sketchup and 3Dmax

- proficient in english both in witten and oral

- Highly organize, strong initiative and excellent ability in problem solving

- positive thinking, high commitment, anble to work in team, and hardworking, have a good common sense, have initiative and with positive attitude

- Year of Exp. 2 to 3

- Industry: Architecture/Building/Construction

- Function: Architecture/Engineering

- age: 25 to 40

- Salary: Negotiable

- Qualification: Bachelor Degree
