About the Role:
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our growing team as Remote Travel Agents. In this role, you will assist clients in planning and booking travel experiences, including vacations, cruises, and group travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand travel needs and preferences
• Research and book flights, hotels, cruises, and vacation packages
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel
• Stay up to date on travel trends, destinations, and supplier offerings
• Manage reservations and maintain accurate client records

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Passion for travel and helping others
• Basic computer and social media skills
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus
