Qualifications:
Age: 20 - 30 yrs.
Height: 160 cm and above
Experience within their home country, not abroad, all in restaurants, and must know English very well.

Key activities:

Setting Operations for Success

  • Greet and seat customers promptly, presenting menus and explaining specials or promotions.
  • Prepare and set tables with clean and appropriate tableware, ensuring readiness for customers.
  • Ensure service stations are stocked with necessary supplies, such as cutlery, napkins, and condiments.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders, adhering to sequence of service.
  • Manage the flow of customers to avoid congestion, ensuring seating is organized efficiently during peak hours.
  • Assist in setting up and maintaining an orderly and clean dining area, ensuring all areas meet the restaurant's cleanliness standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth handover of tasks during shift changes.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction during the meal and offer assistance proactively, anticipating needs.
  • Maintain the restaurant's ambiance by adjusting lighting, music, and temperature to ensure a comfortable environment for guests.

Operational Excellence

  • Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests or dietary needs are clearly xcommunicated to the kitchen.
  • Serve food and beverages efficiently, following proper handling and presentation standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring prompt resolution or escalation to management.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors, throughout service.
  • Ensure that all food and beverages are served in a timely manner, with proper attention to food presentation and portion control.
  • Regularly check the status of guest orders, ensuring that the kitchen and bar staff are working efficiently and without delay.
  • Track and replenish items needed by guests or the team to avoid disruptions (e.g., water refills,napkins, condiments).
  • Monitor guest tables to ensure drinks are refilled, and empty plates are cleared quickly to ensure smooth service.
  • Work with the kitchen staff to resolve any issues related to orders, ensuring that customers receive what they requested in a timely manner.

Benefits:
Basic Salary: SAR 1,700 
Food Allowance: SAR 300
