Requirements:

  • Good command of English
  • Previous retail experience
  • Preference will be given to candidates who have worked abroad before (e.g. Dubai or similar)
  • No age restrictions
  • The job is not physically demanding, except for certain back-of-house tasks (e.g. warehouse work), which is why male candidates are preferred
  • Strong communication skills and reliability are essential
  • It is preferable that candidates already know each other
  • It is preferable that candidates are of a similar age

Working Conditions:

  • Working hours: 40 hours per week (Monday–Sunday)
  • Some shifts are 12 hours long, mainly on weekends and public holidays (candidates should be informed of this in advance)

  • Candidates must have a certain amount of personal funds upon arrival to cover their expenses until they receive their first salary

Education:

  • Minimum qualification required: High school diploma

Selection Process
Two rounds of interviews:

1. First round: HR department

2. Second round: Retail manager and the trainer

Contract:

  • Possibility of a two-year employment contract
  • Upon expiry, candidates may get a new two-year contract

Accommodation:

  • Candidates must be asked in advance whether they are willing to stay in shared accommodation
  • Candidates who do not accept shared accommodation will not be considered

Accommodation costs:

  • The company covers the costs during the first year; thereafter, the arrangement is subject to mutual agreement.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant working environment
  • Cleaning the interior areas of the facility, as well as the building exterior and surrounding premises
  • Emptying and cleaning waste bins and garbage containers
  • Maintaining the outdoor area by removing waste, mowing lawns, maintaining landscaped areas, and watering plants
  • Handling all tools, materials, and equipment responsibly and efficiently
  • Assisting with the delivery of goods to the retail outlet
  • Carrying out all procedures at the retail location in accordance with established instructions (including food preparation and pre-preparation of food and other products, etc.)
  • Taking responsibility for inventory shortages and stock discrepancies arising from operations, and assisting with regular and ad hoc stock counts
  • Understanding and complying with regulations related to fire safety, occupational health and safety, environmental protection, and food safety procedures (HACCP)
  • Performing other light physical duties as required
  • Carrying out any other tasks assigned by the functional supervisor, in line with the responsibilities of the position
