Al Rashid Industrial Co. is a Saudi Arabian industrial manufacturing company established in 1969 and headquartered in Riyadh. It operates primarily in plastic manufacturing and packaging, using processes such as injection molding, thermoforming, blowing, and drawing.

It was confirmed that the Engineers Required for the 2 Bachelor's positions do not have to be registered engineers ( NO PRC REQUIRED), as long as they have strong experience in plastic manufacturing companies in the Philippines ( to refer to the requirements sent).

Production Manager - Thermoforming

• 8–12 years of experience in plastic manufacturing, with
  strong experience in thermoforming production.
• Minimum 3–5 years in a Production Manager
• Strong practical knowledge of
  thermoforming machines, molds, heating
  systems, forming, cutting, stacking, and
  related processes.
• Experience with PET/PP sheet
  thermoforming is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of production planning,
  maintenance coordination, quality control,
  and process optimization.
• Strong leadership and team-management
  skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving
  abilities.
• Good knowledge of OEE, Lean
  Manufacturing, and Continuous
  Improvement.
• Good command of English.
• Strong computer skills, particularly Excel
  and production reporting systems ERP.

Production Engineer - Thermoforming

• 4 – 6 years of experience in plastic manufacturing, with
  strong experience in thermoforming production.
• Strong experience in PET/PP thermoforming
  production.
• Good knowledge of thermoforming
  machines, molds, heating, vacuum, cooling,
  and process parameters.
• Experience in troubleshooting, production
  optimization, and reducing scrap and
  downtime.
• Ability to monitor production performance
  and improve machine eƯiciency.
• Good communication and problem-solving
  skills. Strong computer skills, particularly
• Excel and production reporting systems ERP.
• Monitor machine breakdowns and
  coordinate with Maintenance to minimize
  downtime.
• Prepare production reports covering output,
  eƯiciency, scrap, and downtime.
• Support and guide machine operators to
  ensure proper operating procedures are
  followed.
• Identify opportunities to improve
  productivity, reduce material consumption,
  and reduce cycle and changeover times.
• Preferred: Experience with TTF, Gabler, Illig,
  WM, Kiefel, or similar thermoforming
  machines.

Mold Supervisor / Technician -
Thermoforming

• 3–5 years of experience in thermoforming or plastic
  manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of mold structures, materials,
  and thermoforming processes.
• Experience with hand tools, machining, and
  measuring instruments.
• Basic knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and
  cooling systems is preferred
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and
  repair of thermoforming molds.
• Inspect molds for wear, damage, or defects and
  take corrective action.
• Assemble, disassemble, and adjust molds as
  required for production runs.
• Ensure proper mold alignment, cooling, and
  functionality.
• Support mold changeovers to reduce downtime and
  improve eƯiciency.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to
  resolve product defects.
• Modify molds when needed to improve product
  quality or performance.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and
  repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and
  company procedures.
• Assist in new mold trials and production startups.

Machine Operator - Thermoforming

• Min. 5 years in thermoforming and vacuum field
• Better have knowledge in different types of
  thermoforming machines (better European and
  chinses machines)
• Have experience in running material PET, PP , PS
• Can apply QC and QA in production
• Have ability to analyze root causes of equipment
  errors and develop appropriate solutions
• Have good background in mold installation and
  setting
• Co-operated and working in teamwork
