Mechanical Maintenance Technician

Job Description:

• Ensure high-precision operation and minimal downtime in high-speed production lines.
• Maintain Minster high-speed conversion machines, including Stolle/DRT tooling.
• Support NPB semi-automatic baggers, ensuring reliable packaging and system integration
• Execute scheduled preventive maintenance routines to enhance machine uptime.
• Use condition-based monitoring techniques and tools to identify potential failures
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and maintenance manuals for fault diagnosis.
• Troubleshoot and maintain pneumatic and hydraulic systems across the plant.
• Replace valves, cylinders, hoses, and regulators as necessary to restore functionality.
• Flexible and adaptive to 12-hour shift patterns, including night shifts and rotating schedules.
• Available for emergency maintenance support as needed.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and optimize processes.

Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of relevant manufacturing experience
• Experience in Front-end Can Ends manufacturing
• Conversion machines (Minster high-speed machines, Stolle / DRT tooling, NPB semi-auto baggers)
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Certificate of Employment
• With ready passport
• Can speak and understand English
• NO VISIBLE TATTOO (Very Important)
