Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience
• Background in food service (restaurants, cafés, or fast-food) and professional cleaning
• Valid Diploma or Certificate of Employment
• Must have a valid passport
• Able to communicate in English
• Physically fit for work (to handle duties in food service and cleaning environments)

As a restaurant worker, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting smooth day-to-day operations.

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, professional manner
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues courteously
• Assist in basic food preparation (e.g., chopping vegetables, plating food)
• Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans using proper sanitation practices
• Keep kitchen and prep areas clean, organized, and stocked

As a female cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in assigned areas.

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors
• Dust and wipe down furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
• Clean mirrors, windows, and glass doors
• Empty trash bins and replace liners
• Clean and disinfect toilets, sinks, urinals, and showers
• Refill soap dispensers, toilet paper, and paper towels
• Follow cleaning schedules and checklists
• Ensure all cleaning tools and equipment are properly maintained

Deployment: Depending on the employer where they will be assigned.
