Camox Philippines Inc. is looking for a highly organized, results-driven, and people-oriented Recruitment Supervisor to oversee recruitment operations, sourcing activities, applicant management, and recruitment team performance.

This role is ideal for someone who can lead recruitment initiatives, maintain hiring efficiency, strengthen candidate pipelines, and ensure recruitment targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards and excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment Operations

  • Oversee day-to-day recruitment activities and hiring requirements.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to endorsement.
  • Monitor recruitment targets, hiring timelines, and applicant movement.
  • Ensure timely processing of applications and candidate endorsements.
  • Coordinate closely with recruitment staff, hiring managers, and department heads.

2. Sourcing and Candidate Generation

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies across multiple platforms.
  • Manage job advertisements, social media recruitment campaigns, and job portals.
  • Build and maintain talent pools for current and future hiring requirements.
  • Identify alternative sourcing channels to improve candidate generation.
  • Monitor recruitment marketing initiatives and applicant conversion rates.

3. Candidate Screening and Assessment

  • Review resumes and applications for qualification matching.
  • Conduct initial interviews and applicant assessments.
  • Evaluate candidate suitability based on job requirements.
  • Ensure proper documentation and records of applicants.
  • Maintain recruitment database accuracy and applicant tracking systems.

4. Team Supervision and Performance Management

  • Supervise recruitment specialists and recruitment staff.
  • Assign workloads and monitor daily recruitment activities.
  • Review recruiter outputs and ensure compliance with recruitment procedures.
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance guidance to team members.
  • Monitor productivity, hiring performance, and sourcing effectiveness.

5. Client and Internal Coordination

  • Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements.
  • Provide recruitment updates, hiring reports, and staffing forecasts.
  • Assist in prioritizing urgent hiring requirements.
  • Maintain professional communication with applicants and stakeholders.
  • Support management in workforce planning initiatives.

6. Reporting and Documentation

  • Prepare recruitment performance reports and hiring analytics.
  • Monitor applicant pipelines, sourcing performance, and hiring metrics.
  • Ensure complete and organized recruitment documentation.
  • Maintain confidential applicant and company records.
  • Recommend process improvements to increase recruitment efficiency.

7. Compliance and Quality Standards

  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain proper applicant documentation and data privacy compliance.
  • Support audit and documentation requirements related to recruitment.
  • Promote professional and ethical recruitment practices.
  • Protect confidential information related to applicants, clients, and company operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related course.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, or manpower services.
  • With supervisory experience or strong leadership potential.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, and hiring processes.
  • Experience using recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems, and social media sourcing tools.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and reporting abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Advantage

  • Experience in recruitment agency, manpower, staffing, or outsourcing industries.
  • Experience handling volume hiring and multiple account requirements.
  • Knowledge of recruitment analytics, reporting, and workforce planning.
  • Familiarity with healthcare, skilled workers, or international recruitment is an advantage.
