AVAILABLE POSITIONS BARISTA – FEMALE (MUSLIM)

• 8 hours work + 1-hour break
• No overtime

BARISTA – MALE (MUSLIM)

• 8 hours work + 1-hour break
• 3 hours fixed overtime
• Fixed OT Allowance: SAR 500
• Total working schedule: 12 hours per day

Qualifications & Duties:

• Experience with Starbucks or similar international coffee brands is preferred
• Skilled in preparing espresso-based beverages
• Experienced in fast-paced service environments
• Customer-focused and team-oriented
• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, and teas
• Prepare and serve food items such as soups, sandwiches, and pastries
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and other coffee equipment
• Take customer orders and provide menu recommendations
• Handle dietary restrictions and customer customizations
• Build good relationships with customers and promote menu options
• Operate POS systems and process transactions
• Restock coffee and service supplies
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the café and work area
• Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and inventory duties

FEMALE KITCHEN STAFF – FEMALE (MUSLIM)

• 8 hours work + 1-hour break
• No overtime

Qualifications:

• Experience in professional kitchen operations
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
• Ability to follow SOPs and kitchen systems accurately
• Hardworking, disciplined, and efficient

Duties:

• Clean dishes, workstations, cooking equipment, and food storage areas
• Wash, chop, shred, and grate ingredients as needed
• Sweep and mop floors
• Assist in unloading deliveries
• Store ingredients according to food safety regulations
• Assist in monitoring inventory
• Report damaged or faulty equipment to the Kitchen Manager
• Package customers' leftover food upon request
• Clean trash cans and dispose of refuse regularly

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Basic Salary: SAR 1,700
• Food Allowance: SAR 300
• Total Package: SAR 2,000

• Placement Fee: Equivalent to one (1) month of basic salary, deductible over three (3) months
