POSITION DETAILS

WAITER (MUSLIM – MALE ONLY)

Job Description:

  • Welcome and seat guests in a courteous and professional manner
  • Present menus and provide detailed explanations of dishes, specials, and beverages
  • Maintain table settings, cleanliness, and overall dining room appearance
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests or concerns
  • Follow hygiene, safety, and service procedures at all times

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Previous experience in a fine dining restaurant or hotel preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude

KITCHEN WORKER – FEMALE (MUSLIM)

Job Description:

  • Assist with basic food preparation such as washing, cutting, and portioning ingredients
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, equipment, utensils, and workstations
  • Wash dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen tools
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety practices
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
  • Good physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and adapt

BARISTA CHAMPION – MALE & FEMALE (MUSLIM OR NON-MUSLIM)

Job Description & Skills:

  • Prepare espresso-based beverages with advanced extraction and calibration skills
  • Produce consistent latte art designs (heart, rosetta, tulip, and variations)
  • Knowledge of coffee beans, roasting profiles, and grind adjustments
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous hands-on experience as a barista in specialty coffee shops with sufficient years of experience
  • Holder of recognized titles in barista or coffee competitions (local, regional, and/or international), with proof
  • Excellent command of professional barista skills (calibration, latte art, brewing methods, sensory skills)
  • Strong leadership and training skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English, or at least one, for communication with guests, technical teams, and event organizers
  • Ability to work during peak hours with discipline, speed, and accuracy while maintaining quality standards

BARISTA – FEMALE (MUSLIM)

Job Description:

  • Previous experience as a barista, preferably in high-standard specialty coffee shops
  • English proficiency for effective communication with customers and team members
  • Demonstrated ability in latte art and beverage presentation (practical test required)

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and specialty beverages according to company standards
  • Perform espresso extraction, milk steaming, and latte art with consistency and precision
  • Strong proficiency in milk steaming and microfoam texturing for latte art
  • Ability to create clean and consistent latte art designs such as hearts, rosettas, and tulips
  • Ability to maintain consistency in taste and presentation during high-volume service
  • Willingness to perform practical skill tests, including latte art and espresso preparation

BARISTA – MALE (MUSLIM)

Job Description:

  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and specialty beverages in line with company standards
  • Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment efficiently and safely
  • Perform espresso extraction, milk steaming, and basic to advanced latte art as required

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proficient in milk steaming and basic to advanced latte art
  • Ability to operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment
  • Understanding of coffee quality standards, taste consistency, and presentation
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene
  • Team player with a positive attitude and professional work ethic

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of two (2) years work experience as Waiter, Kitchen Worker, or Barista Champion
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members
  • With valid passport

BENEFITS

  • Two (2)-year employment contract
  • 2,500 SAR full package
  • Working time: 8 hours daily / 6 days a week
  • Fixed overtime: 3 hours daily with 1-hour break
    (Total daily presence: 12 hours)
