  • Minimum of 23 years of clinical experience (preferred).
  • Knowledge of both traditional and contemporary acupuncture techniques.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to patient-centered care and ethical clinical practice.

Job Description

  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations including medical history, physical examination, and TCM assessments (e.g., pulse and tongue diagnosis).
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the patient's condition, symptoms, and overall health.
  • Administer acupuncture treatments using sterile techniques and following professional safety guidelines.
  • Monitor patient response to treatment and adjust plans as necessary.
  • Provide complementary therapies when trained and certified (e.g., cupping, moxibustion, acupressure, herbal recommendations).
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records in accordance with clinic policies and legal requirements.
  • Educate patients on acupuncture principles, expected outcomes, and self-care practices.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and refer patients as needed.
  • Participate in clinic meetings, continuing education, and community outreach as appropriate.
