Plant Operator (GEMS)

Job Description:

• Starting up and shutting down machinery as per the production schedules.
• Monitoring equipment during operations to ensure stability of plant, safety, and efficiency.
• Regularly checking and adjusting operational parameters such as pressures, temperature, and flows.
• Identifying, diagnosing, and troubleshooting process or equipment issues to prevent inefficiencies or downtimes.
• Recording and reporting important information regarding plant performance and irregularities to supervisory staff.
• Conducting regular inspections and maintenance of machinery to uphold operational efficiency and safety standards.
• Complying with all environmental regulations pertaining to the handling of various materials and operation of equipment.
