  • Ensure documentation accuracy, candidate readiness, and compliance with required timelines.
  • Escalate delays involving candidate documents, employer requirements, accreditation, visa, medical, or deployment concerns.
  • Ensure trackers and reports are updated, accurate, and useful for management decision-making.

Client and Account Coordination

  • Coordinate closely with clients, account handlers, and management regarding manpower requirements, interview schedules, selection updates, deployment timelines, and operational concerns.
  • Ensure client expectations are properly documented, communicated, and aligned with actual delivery capacity.

  • Report compliance risks, candidate complaints, document issues, or irregularities immediately.

Reporting, Analytics, and Performance Management

  • Track key metrics such as manpower request fulfillment, sourcing volume, endorsement-to-selection rate, selection-to-deployment rate, document completion rate, deployment turnaround time, and candidate withdrawal/backout rate.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
  • Recommend manpower, process, system, or policy improvements to improve operational output.
