Engine Overhauling Specialist
  • Performs complete engine overhauls disassembly, cleaning, inspection, repair, and reassembly.
  • Diagnoses engine failures and identifies worn or damaged components.
  • Conducts testing and calibration after reassembly to ensure optimal performance.
  • Works with various engine types including diesel, gas, marine, and heavy-duty industrial engines.
  • Follows manufacturer guidelines and industry standards for engine repairs.
  • Maintains accurate records of overhauls, repairs, and part replacements.
  • Ensures compliance with safety regulations and workplace standards.
  • Collaborates with engineers, mechanics, and other technical staff to improve repair processes.
Transmission Builder
  • Diagnoses, rebuilds, and repairs automotive transmission systems to factory specifications.
  • Removes, reinstalls, and adjusts transmission components for performance and reliability.
  • Maintains organized records of rebuilds, inventory, and supplies.
  • Communicates technical findings and needed repairs to team members or customers.
  • Assists other technicians in completing technical and diagnostic activities.
  • Ensures timely completion of tasks with attention to detail and quality.
  • Maintains a safe, clean, and well-organized service area.
Auto Electrician
  • Installs, repairs, and maintains vehicle wiring and electrical systems.
  • Diagnoses and troubleshoots electrical faults in vehicles and recommends solutions.
  • Installs and services immobilizers, alarm systems, and other electrical accessories.
  • Repairs or replaces faulty wiring, components, and systems.
  • Services electrical systems on automotive and agricultural vehicles.
  • Provides accurate estimates for repair time and costs.
  • Maintains documentation, job reports, and a clean working environment.
Wheel Balancing Specialist
  • Performs wheel alignment and balancing using computerized alignment equipment.
  • Inspects steering and suspension systems for wear, damage, or misalignment.
  • Adjusts camber, caster, and toe settings to manufacturer specifications.
  • Test-drives vehicles to confirm alignment corrections.
  • Maintains alignment equipment and tools in proper working condition.
  • Records services performed and alignment readings.
  • Communicates findings and repair recommendations to service advisors or customers.
  • Follows safety standards and workshop protocols.
Mechatronic Technician
  • Assembles mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components for vehicles and machinery.
  • Installs and wires control units, switch cabinets, and technical modules.
  • Performs maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Produces wiring harnesses and integrates measurement technology in vehicles.
  • Works with vehicle control technology, bus systems, and pre-series units.
  • Creates circuit diagrams, documentation, and performs quality inspections.
  • Ensures all installations meet safety and technical standards.
