BOH – Kitchen Positions

Candidates must have relevant kitchen experience, with Italian and Arabic cuisine experience required/preferred, depending on the position:

• First Assistant Chef
• Second Assistant Chef
• Third Assistant Chef
• Commis 1: SAR 2,200
• Commis 2: SAR 1,900
• Commis 3: SAR 1,750

• Working Hours: 8+1 hours
• Duty Meal: Provided during working hours
