Job Description

An On-Call Cleaner is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of assigned areas on an as-needed basis. Duties include sweeping, mopping, dusting, disinfecting surfaces, emptying trash, and restocking supplies. The role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Ability to work on an on-call or as-needed basis, including short-notice shifts
• Ability to follow cleaning schedules, checklists, and safety procedures
• Strong attention to detail to ensure high cleanliness standards
• Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment, tools, and supplies
• Knowledge of safe handling and storage of cleaning chemicals
• Experience following health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Good communication skills
• With or without experience are welcome to apply

Requirements

• Must be available to work on an on-call or as-needed basis
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience is an advantage but not required
• Knowledge of proper use of cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment
