Hospital Cleaner Qualifications

Age Requirement:

• 23 to 40 years old
• Applicants aged 35–40 must have a youthful appearance

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cleaner
• Experience as a Domestic Helper is not accepted
• Preferably with experience in hospital, clinic, hotel, or commercial cleaning

Skills & Competencies:

• Knowledge of proper cleaning procedures, including sanitation and disinfection
• Familiar with cleaning tools, machines, and chemicals
• Ability to follow health and safety protocols, especially in medical settings
• Ability to understand and follow instructions and assigned tasks

Physical Requirements:

• Physically fit and able to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for long hours, and handling cleaning equipment
• No visible tattoos, deformities
• Behavioral & Personal Qualities:
• Good work attitude and willingness to learn
• Trustworthy, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Good hygiene and grooming
• Team player with good communication skills

Other Requirements:

• Must be mentally and emotionally fit
• Willing to work in shift schedules
• Willing to be assigned in any hospital area, including wards, clinics, public areas, and isolation zones (as applicable)
