Technical Requirements:

  • Knowledge of dough preparation and fermentation
  • Ability to operate bakery ovens and equipment
  • Knowledge of baking temperatures and product consistency
  • Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Excellent knowledge of dough mixing, proofing, and baking
  • Understanding of shaping and baking techniques
