Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel, luxury restaurant, or international hospitality setting
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to deliver high-end guest experiences in a fast-paced environment
  • Pleasant personality and well-groomed appearance in line with luxury hospitality standards
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written); knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
  • Ability to work in a multicultural team environment and adapt to diverse guest expectations
  • With professional attitude, discipline, and strong work ethic

For managerial roles:

  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Experience in operations management, staff supervision, and guest relations
  • Strong understanding of F&B standards, service procedures, and quality control

For technical role (Lighting Technician):

  • Relevant technical certification or hands-on experience in lighting systems, stage setup, or hotel entertainment facilities
  • Must be physically, mentally, and emotionally fit to work
  • No amputated fingers
  • Ability to handle pressure and work flexible hours/shifts
