About the job Bartender/VLT Cashier
The Bartender/VLT Cashier will maintain an atmosphere and service that are conducive to guest satisfaction, ensuring future returns. The Bartender/VLT Cashier is responsible for maintaining a safe and controlled exchange of cash for guests, while following all safety and cash handling procedures for VLT floats as well as prepare and serve a variety of drinks, quickly and efficiently, according to guest requests.
Important Notice: This position is located in Portage la Prairie, MB.
Qualifications:
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Cash handling experience
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed.
- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, quickly and efficiently, according to guest requests.
- Maintain a safe and controlled exchange of cash for guests, while following all safety and cash handling procedures for VLT floats.
- Process cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure that work is accurate, thorough, and to the highest standards
- Clean and sanitize the bar area.
