About the job Budtender

The primary purpose of the position is to maintain excellent customer service, to ensure guest satisfaction and a future return. You will perform your duties on a daily basis, are required to be detailed in every aspect of your work. The Budtender is responsible for informing and advising guests of their selection process. The Budtender will ensure all needs and wants of guests are met beyond average expectations. All Budtenders are expected to know and ensure compliance with all LCGA regulations.
Knowledge: Familiarity with cannabis is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with product selection, offering guidance on strains, dosage, and consumption methods.
- Wipe down all tables, chairs, counters, and display areas as per company standards;
- Maintain proper controls, in accordance with MBLL and the LGCA
- All other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience as a Budtender or in a similar role.
- Smart Choice Certification is mandatory.
- Knowledge of cannabis products and industry regulations.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
