Server

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests by taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you have a passion for the food industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Availability Required:

• Morning availability is required.
• Typical shifts start around 7:30 AM and finish around 2:00 PM.
• Must be available to work mornings on weekdays and/or weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Greet, serve, and acknowledge guests in a friendly and polite manner.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
• Upsell menu items, beverages, and daily features.
• Provide menu recommendations and answer any guest inquiries.
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by providing exceptional service.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your section and service areas.
• Follow restaurant service standards and procedures.
• Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and positively
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Positive, energetic, and professional attitude.
• Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to help others.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Previous serving experience is considered an asset but is not required.
• Smart Choices certification (or willingness to obtain it promptly upon hire).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
