About the Role:
Join our team at Destination Dinner Stage, a unique entertainment venue where dinner meets live musical performances! As a Server, you’ll play a key role in creating a memorable experience for our guests by providing outstanding service.

At Destination Dinner Stage, you’re not just serving food—you’re helping craft a complete experience. Our servers are essential in maintaining a lively, welcoming atmosphere where guests can relax, enjoy top-quality performances, and savor a memorable meal. Every shift is dynamic and fun, combining fast-paced service with the excitement of live entertainment. Availability Thursday–Sunday evenings is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and guide them to their designated tables.

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

• Deliver dishes from the kitchen to the correct tables promptly.

• Clearing tables and resetting for the next guests.

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall dining room flow.

• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.

• Support overall guest experience and contribute to a vibrant, entertaining environment.

• Lift up to 20 pounds as needed.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous restaurant serving experience preferred.

• Smart Choices certificate.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with guests and team members.

• Knowledge of basic math for cash handling.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address guest concerns efficiently.
• Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on providing exceptional service.
