A busy medical clinic in langley is looking for a  reliable, Certified MOA to join their team. Along with your diploma, you would ideally have a few years of experience in a busy clinic. You love working as part of a team and you get on well with patients and physicians. You have a reputation as someone who can be depended on.


  1. Scheduling patients
  2. Maintaining electronic patient files (uploading letters and results)
  3. Sending out referral letters
  4. Checking-in patients and complying with COVID protocols
  5. Answering / triaging patient phone calls
  6. Maintenance of patient confidentiality
  7. May need to test preparation (simple terms)
  8. Efficient use of Accuro


This position requires an efficient, well-organized, individual with excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills. Completion of a Medical Office Assistant Program from a recognized institution is mandatory, as well as an intermediate level ability on computer systems.

Additional Requirements include: *

  1. Able to learn and adapt to the EMR
  2. Knowledge of medical terminology
  3. Computer / email / digital fax / scanner / printer usage
