Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist
Job Description:
We are hiring a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team and help deploy effective digital marketing strategies conducting market research, developing content and strategizing with other team members by managing Email Marketing, Paid Campaigns, SEO, Social Media Management etc. Your primary responsibility will be planning, developing, implementing and managing overall marketing campaigns to promote brands, promote engagement and generate leads. This role requires a strategic thinker with a keen eye for data and a passion for driving measurable business growth.
General Responsibilities:
- Establish the end-to-end digital marketing capabilities and strategy that aligns with the needs and goals of the businesses.
- Manage & guide the team in the development of the overall digital marketing strategy
- Develop and nurture a high-performance team to bring the result
- Ability to analyse different metrics for digital marketing channels and identify market trends
- Conducting market research and tracking competitors marketing activities.
Email Marketing Management
- Creating and monitoring a wide variety of email marketing campaigns
- Ensuring design, content, and layouts of emails are optimized, user and mobile-friendly
- Tracking and Managing Email Database for regular email campaigns
- Manage and work with lead generation team
- Close tracking and analysis of campaign results based on micro metrics such as email open rate, spam rate, unsubscribe rate, conversion rate etc.
- Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
Paid Campaign Management
- Develop and implement paid advertising strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Identify target audiences and tailor campaigns to maximize engagement and ROI.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine strategies.
- Manage paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant channels.
- Set up, launch, and optimize ad campaigns, including ad copy, creatives, and audience targeting.
- Perform A/B testing to evaluate and improve ad performance.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Analyse data to identify trends and actionable insights for ongoing optimization.
- Adjust budgets and bidding strategies to maximize results within allocated spend.
- Work closely with the content, design, and product teams to create effective ad creatives and landing pages.
Present performance reports and recommendations to management on a regular basis.
SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- Plan and execute SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and search rankings.
- Conduct keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and technical SEO audits.
- Collaborate with content teams to develop SEO-friendly content.
- Monitor SEO performance through tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Track rankings, backlinks, traffic, and conversion data to drive continuous growth.
Overall Requirements:
- Well versed in English verbal and written communication.
- Prior Experience in KPO industry or International Market is required.
- 3+ years of experience managing Email Marketing, paid media campaigns and other digital marketing platform.
- Proficiency with platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Email Marketing tools etc.
