About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Associate to join our finance team. The role involves assisting in day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the month-end and year-end closing processes. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record daily financial transactions and maintain general ledgers.
  • Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
  • Reconcile bank statements and vendor/customer accounts.
  • Support in preparing invoices, bills, and payment vouchers.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
  • Maintain proper documentation.
  • Support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks and reporting requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelors/ master's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 02 years of experience in accounting or finance (fresh graduates with internships may apply).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
