  • 4+ years in relevant consulting role (SaaS/Enterprise)
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales or account management for enterprise software

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of HR trends, business processes or HR Tech
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully managing and coordinating the delivery of technical/ software-led projects

Level / Grade:

  • Mid-level reporting to the Head of Growth / Chief Business Officer
  • Your current role could be Account Manager, Pre-Sales, Sales consultant or customer success etc.


  • Hybrid (2 days a week in the office) based in KL
