Project:

  • Digital transformation to revamp the platforms and introducing up to date of best tech practices, processes and culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and develop the best software practices, frameworks and architecture.
  • Able to analyze business objectives, preparing an action plan and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Guide and mentor juniors

Must Have:

  • .Net Core
  • Javascript frameworks (Angular/React/Vue)
  • Microservices

Nice to have / Bonus:

  • Financial Institution experience
  • Tech refresh experience

Team / Culture:

  • Collaborate effectively within team and across teams in KL & SG

Location:

  • Kuala Lumpur (hybrid working arrangement - 2 days WFH)

Level / Grade: (2 roles)

  • Senior (IC role) At least 5 years and above
  • Team Lead - This is a hands on leadership role managing small team >  Must have 1 year as a Lead / Manager / mentoring a small team.
