  • Custom research papers for ministries and healthcare bodies
  • Consulting and training for hospitals (new & established) that can involve root cause analysis, medical equipment planning, operations best practices etc

  • Business Development: Target C-suite and executive level relationships (Hospital CEO etc) and introduce the above 3 services
  • Account management: You will be assigned an territory and upsell / cross sell to an existing pool of live clients
  • Travel 1x per month to meet clients, attend seminars & events
  • Act as a consultant to uncover needs, problems and coordinate with an in-house team of medical specialists (training etc) to write a proposal
  • Point of contact for proposals, pricing, negotiations and project delivery


  • Reporting to the VP of Malaysia who has management consulting experience
  • The sales, marketing & loyalty team (10 in Malaysia) target regional markets

Must Have

  • Open doors, communicate confidently and network with c-suite
  • Comprehensive proposal writing
  • Good understanding of healthcare (Any of; hospital operations, pharmacy, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, medical supplies)

Nice to have

  • Experience selling services, consulting or training solutions
  • Medical, BioScience or Science education (MSc Bachelors)

Levels: (2 roles - Senior or Consultant)

  • These are individual contributor (IC) roles
  • 5+ years experience healthcare (senior 8+ years)
  • 2+ years in a sales role


  • Office based role (5 days) in KL with monthly travel (Local & regional)
