The Opportunity:

Were looking for a passionate, hands-on Scientist to join our growing R&D team in New York City. Youll play a key role in advancing our CO2 mineralization processes, from lab-scale experiments to pilot demonstrations. This is an exciting chance to apply your expertise to tackle one of the worlds biggest sustainability challenges.

What Youll Do:

• Design and conduct experiments in CO2 mineralization and hydrometallurgical processes.
• Develop, test, and optimize formulations for SCMs suitable for industrial cement applications.
• Analyze and interpret experimental data, and translate findings into process improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with process engineers, material scientists, and external partners.
• Contribute to scale-up efforts and support techno-economic and life-cycle analyses.

What Were Looking For:

• Advanced degree (MSc or PhD) in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Strong background and 4+ years of experience in CO2 mineralization, hydrometallurgy, cement/concrete materials, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience designing and running lab- and pilot-scale experiments.
• Solid analytical skills and experience with material characterization techniques.
• Entrepreneurial mindset self-starter, adaptable, and excited to work in a dynamic startup environment.
