We are currently seeking a live-in caregiver to provide one-on-one, in-home care for a client located in Ashford, Connecticut. This is a consistent opportunity where you will make a meaningful impact while helping a client remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.

Pay and Schedule

Approximately $700 per 3 day shift.

Groton, CT: Friday through Monday

What You Will Do

As a live-in caregiver with CareCo, you will support your client in their home and help maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life. Responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting with daily routines
  • Personal care and hygiene support
  • Preparing simple meals
  • Light housekeeping and errands
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Communicating with the CareCo team as needed
  • Providing attentive presence and support throughout the day and overnight

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for caregivers who are:

  • Reliable, punctual, and responsible
  • Compassionate and patient
  • Comfortable working independently in a live-in environment
  • Able to follow care plans and instructions
  • Available for one of the listed live-in schedules

Requirements and Preferences

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to cook simple meals
  • Ability to be consistently punctual and reliable
  • CNA certification is a strong advantage, but not required
