Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets for marine engine products and services within Singapore.
- Manage and grow key accounts including shipowners, shipyards, and marine engineering firms.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients in the Singapore marine sector.
- Prepare and deliver technical and commercial presentations to clients.
- Collaborate with internal technical, service, and product teams to provide customized solutions.
- Lead contract negotiations and close deals in line with company policies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Maintain up-to-date CRM records and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events in Singapore.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marine engine sales or marine equipment sales in Singapore.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed.
- Strong network and understanding of the Singapore maritime market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and travel within Singapore as required.
