Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the marine and offshore oil & gas sector
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with shipowners, marine contractors, offshore operators, and shipyards
  • Promote company products and services, including marine fuels, lubricants, offshore support solutions, or engineering services
  • Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals to clients
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms to close sales deals
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, logistics, technical) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Manage existing accounts and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marine Studies, or related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • 1–3 years of sales experience in oil & gas, marine, or offshore industries
  • Strong understanding of marine operations, offshore supply chain, or energy services
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing client relationships
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
