Sales Executive (Marine)
About the job Sales Executive (Marine)
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the marine and offshore oil & gas sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with shipowners, marine contractors, offshore operators, and shipyards
- Promote company products and services, including marine fuels, lubricants, offshore support solutions, or engineering services
- Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals to clients
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms to close sales deals
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, logistics, technical) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Manage existing accounts and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marine Studies, or related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- 1–3 years of sales experience in oil & gas, marine, or offshore industries
- Strong understanding of marine operations, offshore supply chain, or energy services
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing client relationships
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
