- Create event-specific marketing materials such as banners, backdrops, promotional gifts, and event programs.
- Assist in post-event reporting and feedback gathering to ensure continuous improvement.
- Conduct market research to gain insight into industry trends, competition actions, and customer preferences for use in marketing initiatives.
- Manage administrative processes such invoice processing, purchase orders, expense reporting, and internal request coordination.
- Assist in developing and implementing a local marketing plan that is consistent with global branding and communication guidelines.
- Support marketing initiatives that promote products, services, and capabilities on both traditional and digital media.
- Contribute to the planning, organization, and implementation of corporate events, exhibitions, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Create, review, and localize marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, presentations, and videos, ensuring they are consistent with company identity requirements.
- Maintain and update the company's digital presence, such as website content and social media platforms, in coordination with regional and worldwide teams.
- Create and distribute internal communication projects including employee newsletters, announcements, and event promotions.
- Coordinate logistics for internal and external events, such as venue reservations, vendor management, participant communication, and on-site execution.
